It is possible to place online orders for deliveries in Italy and in the Republic of San Marino.

SHIPPING TIMES
Solive undertakes to deliver the goods, by courier, to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, within 20 days starting from the sending by Solive of the order confirmation email to the customer.

BILLING
For each order placed on the site, Solive will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be sent by ordinary mail or by email.
The invoice will contain all the information provided by the customer during the purchase process.
After the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein

PLEASE NOTE!

In case of receipt of damaged products: please contact our customer service promptly via email cantina@solive.it, sending all possible documentation (including photographs) to highlight the damaged product.
If the delivered goods are clearly damaged (broken bottles), you have the right to refuse delivery by asking the courier to specify the reason for this choice on the paper slip or on the portable terminal. It is preferable to take photographs to certify what has been declared.

In case of receipt of products that you consider non-compliant we ask you to inform us by e-mail at cantina@solive.it  indicating the order number and the reason for the report or by calling us on 030 988 42 01. Our customer service is at your disposal to solve the problem and to give you all the information necessary to proceed with the replacement or refund.

In case, instead, you want to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal, governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), can do so without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods and upon written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Orders of our wines are allowed only to adults (18 years of age).
