SHIPPING TIMES<\/strong>
\nSolive undertakes to deliver the goods, by courier, to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, within 20 days<\/strong> starting from the sending by Solive of the order confirmation email to the customer.<\/p>\n

BILLING<\/strong>
\nFor each order placed on the site, Solive will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be sent by ordinary mail or by email.
\nThe invoice will contain all the information provided by the customer during the purchase process.
\nAfter the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein<\/p>\n

In case of receipt of damaged products: <\/strong>please contact our customer service promptly via email cantina@solive.it, sending all possible documentation (including photographs) to highlight the damaged product.
\nIf the delivered goods are clearly damaged (broken bottles), you have the right to refuse delivery by asking the courier to specify the reason for this choice on the paper slip or on the portable terminal. It is preferable to take photographs to certify what has been declared.<\/p>\n

In case of receipt of products that you consider non-compliant<\/strong> we ask you to inform us by e-mail at\u00a0cantina@solive.it<\/a>\u00a0 indicating the order number and the reason for the report or by calling us on 030 988 42 01. Our customer service is at your disposal to solve the problem and to give you all the information necessary to proceed with the replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

In case, instead, you want to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal<\/strong>, governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206\/05 (Consumer Code), can do so without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods and upon written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.<\/p>\n
