WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
soft pressing of hand-picked grapes, in a horizontal membrane press and low-temperature fermentation in steel thermo-tanks.
In the following spring the wine is bottled. After 24 months of refermentation, the remuage and degorgement steps are carried out, and then the wine is packaged.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
fine and persistent perlage, straw color with green hints.
Intense aroma, mature.
Full flavor and elegant, very sophisticated.
FOOD PAIRING
goes very well with elaborate and tasty dishes, such as pasta dishes with strong sauces and spicy soups.
