WINE CELLAR

Solive wine cellar is located in Erbusco and since 1996 has been member of the “Consorzio Vini Franciacorta“ (Franciacorta wine consortium).
From its striking location you can admire the whole Franciacorta area, as far as Lake Iseo.
The vineyards are spread across a 30 hectare estate going from Torbiato to Adro and Corte Franca and this is where the harvest is gathered.
The Morainic Hills of Lake Sebino, that slowly slope towards the Po valley, offer the vineyards a basin exposed to the sun, mildened by the nearby lake and protected by the Alps, especially favourable for wine-growing.

The wine cellar is built on 4 floors for a total of 2800 m2. The architecture, personally created by Gian Mario Bariselli, recalls the traditional countryside style with a great use of local material: from bricks to Sarnico and Credaro stone, from terracotta pantiles recovered from the strong wooden beams to lime plaster.

You can buy directly at the wine cellar from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to midday and from 2.30 pm to 7 pm. On Saturday and Sunday it is only open prior booking over the phone.

You can book a guided tour around the cellar as well as wine tastings, or choose to organize your events in our great venue on the top floor.
